A distinctive, avant-garde outerwear hybrid piece from Maison Margiela’s Spring/Summer 2008 collection. Featuring a silky, high-shine satin exterior layered over a soft jersey knit base, this piece combines elements of a flight bomber jacket and a cardigan. Detailed with a deep V-neckline, long extended neck drawstrings, button front closure, ribbed cuffs and hem, and two side slash pockets. Finished with Margiela’s iconic completely blank white label attached at the inner neck with four outer stitches—a design hallmark introduced by Martin Margiela to emphasize anti-branding, anonymity, and the pure creative vision of Line 1.
