Shipping policy
Orders placed on weekdays will be processed within 48 hours of the next business day. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed within 48 hours of the following business day. All orders will be shipped within 1-3 business days. In the event of any delays in processing or dispatch, we will notify you by email.
We use fully tracked shipping, so you can monitor your package’s status at any time via the tracking link provided in your shipping notification.
If an item is out of stock, or if a product has been listed at the wrong price, or contains incorrect information or images due to an error, SEK reserves the right to cancel the order. You will be notified by email as soon as possible and offered either a suitable replacement or a full refund.
