Refund policy

Our return policy applies only to orders within th EU. For customers outside of Europe, we do not offer returns, and all sales are final.

To return an item, the following conditions must be met:

- The return must be made within 14 days of your delivery date.
- The item must be in its original, unused, unaltered, and unwashed condition.
- The item must be returned with its original tags and packaging.

Footwear must be returned with the original shoe box and any included accessories, as these are considered part of the product. Please place the shoe box inside a shipping box to prevent damage during return shipping.

Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the buyer, and we recommend insuring the package with tracking to ensure it reaches us safely.

Sek reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet our return policy criteria. Any items that do not comply may be returned to the original shipping address at our discretion.

Once we receive the returned item, it will be inspected before processing the refund. If the item passes inspection, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5 business days. You will receive a refund confirmation email once the refund is processed. Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to process the refund to your account.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
