Orders placed on weekdays will be processed within 48 hours of the next business day. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed within 48 hours of the following business day. All orders will be shipped within 1-3 business days. In the event of any delays in processing or dispatch, we will notify you by email.

We use fully tracked shipping, so you can monitor your package’s status at any time via the tracking link provided in your shipping notification.

If an item is out of stock, or if a product has been listed at the wrong price, or contains incorrect information or images due to an error, SEK reserves the right to cancel the order. You will be notified by email as soon as possible and offered a full refund.

Within the European Union, orders are shipped on a DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis, meaning all taxes and duties are included in the final price.

For orders outside the European Union, shipping is on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis. This means any duties and import taxes are due upon delivery and are charged by your local customs authority or the shipping carrier.

SEK is not responsible for any taxes, duties, or additional charges that may apply. The customer is solely responsible for paying these fees. If you refuse to pay customs fees and the package is returned to us, we are unable to refund the shipping costs.

Our return policy applies only to orders within Sweden. For customers outside of Sweden.

To return an item, the following conditions must be met:

- The return must be made within 14 days of your delivery date.
- The item must be in it's original, unused, unaltered, and unwashed condition.
- The item must be returned with it's original tags and packaging (if any).

Footwear must be returned with the original shoe box and any included accessories, as these are considered part of the product. Please place the shoe box inside a shipping box to prevent damage during return shipping.

Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the buyer, and we recommend insuring the package with tracking to ensure it reaches us safely.

SEK reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet our return policy criteria. Any items that do not comply may be returned to the original shipping address at our discretion.

Once we receive the returned item, it will be inspected before processing the refund. If the item passes inspection, we will issue a refund to you within 5 business days. You will receive a refund confirmation email once the refund is processed. Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to process the refund to your account.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
